After pouring my heart and soul into The Pretty Prep Studios, Ashford over the past 3 years, I am heartbroken to announce that we will be closing our doors as of 31st October 2025.

I had hoped this chapter would continue for many years to come, but sometimes, no matter how much love, passion and effort you put in, all good things must come to an end.

If you have a booking with us after 31st October 2025, please check your emails, as I have sent you all the information that you need. I am personally refunding everyone so no one is out of pocket.

I truly wish things could have been different, and I am so deeply sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

Feeling emotional and incredibly proud – The Pretty Prep Studios has been awarded the 'Highly Commended' honor at The Wedding Industry Awards 2025 in the 'Special Touch' category!

What does this mean? Out of thousands of entries from across the UK, the judges scrutinized my business and requesting real brides' feedback, and we came an incredible 2nd place!

Just 2.5 years ago, I came up with the idea of creating independent studios to give people the very best wedding morning experience. I took out a large loan, secured a commercial property, designed and fitted it out, and took a huge leap of faith.

It hasn't been all sunshine and roses; being a business owner is hard work! The long days, continuous learning, less time with family... but this is truly a pinch-me moment, receiving national recognition for something I put my heart into!

To the fantastic suppliers I've met who have supported and helped me grow – I am forever grateful.

And to every single bride who booked me – thank you for trusting me with your wedding morning and for your invaluable feedback.

"A perfect start to our wedding day! A bright clear and attractive space for me and the girls to get ready without the stress of getting ready at home or a cramped little hotel room. It was warm despite being December and we could comfortably wear out cute little pjs, a lovely area in the oust for intimate photos of my sister getting me into my dress and I can tell you my photographer and videographer were delighted with the lighting in the main getting ready space! Loads of lovely touches too, like I hadn’t even thought about champagne flutes! But there some were ready to go on the kitchen. Communication was clear and easy, it was probably the easiest part of the wedding day in booking and on the day. Booked, followed the instructions on arrival, and just had a blast! It felt like our own personal salon, and I felt like a proper pampered princess! Can’t recommend enough, it just made everything so much easier and nicer! Thank you Sam for the wonderful experience, from Jodie and her bridal crew 🥰❤️"

I'm taking a break from social media and emails for the holidays. 🎄✨️

I will have limited access to emails and DMs, whilst I share the festive period with my kids (6 and 8), my husband, family, and in-laws.

It's been another amazing (and slightly crazy) year! For those who don't know, The Pretty Prep Studios is primarily just me, and I wanted to thank all my previous brides, future brides, and fellow suppliers for all of your love and support! By booking The Pretty Pretty Studios, you are helping me to build my dream of one day having this as my full-time job and doing what I love every day.
