When it's birthday, and you have started a tradition that will always cook for you on the day then there was only one place to go for lunch.
Absolutely stunning.. I was too busy chatting with Darryl from the counter seats, to take as many photos as I should have, but all I can say is go go.go

Every time we go to Buoy and Oyster, we know it will be incredible, taking friends along to experience it guaranteed new fans. The food today was incredible, battered pickles, battered oysters, prawn and crab dumplings, pulled skate tacos, (love sharing) then Porchetta for main, and sea salt ice cream, cookies, peanut daquise, this is one restaurant you have to have dessert. And getting the best hugs from was simply wonderful.
The staff are incredible and Craig's team superstars.

We provide breakfast rolls, mid-morning snacks of mini pies and sliders, ( more of these next year!) Sandwich plates and then ....The Beef Stew made always with Chandler and Dunn beef. Along with a Squash, aubergine and chickpea bake and Creamy? Very buttery mash or New potatoes followed by an array or desserts and local cheeses from
Bread from Kent Bakery in Dover.
We have people coming in from early morning checking the stews on the menu!
We get to work with the best team from Kreston Reeves, its a joy of a day, see you all next September..

Along with our private dining arm Green Herring Catering Co - Uk we prepped from scratch, served and fed over 800 people in 11 days from the 16th to the 27th September!
From Golden Wedding celebrations, a Kent Wedding Supplier dinner, a Eurotunnel Family Day and catering for two of our fabulous clients East Kent Ploughing Match Association for Kreston Reeves and Monkton Everyone a huge success, thank to all our wonderful clients and our team. It has been intense! More dedicated posts to follow but back to quotes first then a few days away before our next wonderful event

Green Herring Catering Co - Uk our private dining arm held this rather fabulous pop up last night in our production kitchen, Comfort food on the farm! We have 2 extra seats available for the 4th March and have decided to do it all again on Thursday April 6th with the Beef and Roo course instead of Chicken.

DM if you would like to book, just 20 seats left, 1st come etc...£65 pp and bring your own drinks, glasses and chilling provided.

The feedback was last night was simply incredible, so seize the moment!
