After 70 events this year we get the following review on Saturday night, thank you S & J. “Outstanding! We used Blue Egg catering for a 30th birthday party in December. Tim was a consummate professional from start to finish. Great communication, ran exactly to time and the food was fantastic. We had the hog and spit roast chickens which were delicious. Everyone absolutely loved it. You can tell Tim really cares about what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend”
