Apologies If I’ve been slightly quiet on my FB page recently. I decided last year to go back to college to study reflexology, something that has always interested me, I hope to qualify this September. I am still however available to book for children’s parties. Our 2 hour party packages start from just £150!
As some of you may be aware one of my other passions is ponies 🐴 My love for these beautiful animals was rekindled a few years ago when I bought my daughter her first pony. There are many benefits to being around horses as I myself have discovered. Scientific evidence indicates that interacting with horses improves health and wellbeing and can help people with various physical and mental health conditions. Studies show that even spending as little as 10 minutes with horses increases endorphins (a happy feel good hormone) and decreases cortisol (a hormone that controls stress)
Myself and Tara (who also shares my passion for horses) are in discussion on how we could allow others to experience the joy and happiness the ponies bring to us each and every day 😊 Some ideas we have come up with are care home visits, nursery school visits, one to one interactions, children’s parties (interacting with small groups)
We would really appreciate any feedback or suggestions.
We are very excited to be sharing our ideas with you and looking forward to making dreams come true 😊
