This weekend we had a lovely time catering for James and his guests.☀

They chose our Southern Slow menu with minted lamb, beef brisket, cobettes and so much more! He also requested to have a stunning antipasti grazing table! 🔥

But the show didn’t end there, they finished off their meal with our sweet desserts! A choice between Vacherins Of Strawberries And Passionfruit Cream or a Chocolate Torte.🍓🍫

Followed in the evening with our cold buffet, guests could enjoy sausage rolls, quiches, pork pies, scotch eggs, sandwiches and more! 😍
