The Results Are In for The June Romney Marsh Ride-In!
Ride In Bike Show Winners: Peter Denyer (Surrey) Best Classic Bike & Winner of £25 1953 BSA C11 250cc. Present owner for the past 45 years, originally restored in 1980 with only minor work since. Ridden frequently during summer months. Was bought in Ruckinge, just up the road from Hamstreet, in 1979 painted in blue Hammerite for £165 .
Les Cook (Kent) Best Post Classic & Winner of £25 Honda CB100N.

The popular BikeMart is back: We have a free Bikemart area for folk to sell complete bikes, and there is just room for the motorcycle, no trailers or vans or spares can be parked next to your bike. If you bring the bike by van / trailer these can be parked in general carpark after unloading.
It’s free to sell your bike and all transactions are between the buyer & seller. Just pay your entrance fee, Earlybird entry from 8:00am is £10, and let them know on the gate you want to enter your bike to the bikemart - lookout for the BikeMart banner

2024 ELK Events dates: The ever-popular bike-only jumbles and classic motorcycle shows take place at their regular venues of Ardingly, Ashford and Romney Marsh. The one exception being the Late May Bank Holiday Monday show, traditionally held at Romney Marsh, which will move to Ashford Livestock Market, which is all hard-standing with inside halls.
Show organiser Julie Diplock explains the move: “Our 2023 May event had to be cancelled due to the showground becoming waterlogged. The Ashford venue is more resilient, removing a huge amount of uncertainty for everyone involved.”
