Septembers kitchen hasn’t slowed down and the team are excited to be working with some incredible seasonal produce; courgettes, carrots & cabbage from the farm, Boys Hall grown figs, tomatoes and apples and some incredible cuts of beef & pork.
The Boys Hall chicken Caesar remains a firm favourite but it won’t be around for too much longer as the team look towards more Autumnal dishes. With the seasons already changing a little reminder that we served the last of our summer roasts last weekend, so this Sundays sees the return of our full traditional roasts.

Our Banks bedroom, a tranquil spot, over looking the rooftops and twisted chimneys. A far cry from its previous life as servants quarters and hayloft, now filled with calming hues of soft pinks and grassy greens. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the roll-top tub while over looking the front lawn. All bedrooms are fully stocked with the wonderfully scented @pelegrims toiletries which are small batched in nearby Mersham and compete with superking sized Hypnos bed and big fluffy pillows. Summer Fire Cooked Feast with Wine Garden of England.
Brad’s pizzas started out as a lock-down hobby and quickly turned into a passion, cooking them for friends, family and eventually for all the staff at the Boys Hall staff parties and now occasionally (when the sun shines) for our guests. We’ll be serving them up in the courtyard tomorrow between 4-8pm and again when the sun comes out to play!
We don’t take bookings for our courtyard or pub so just turn up and choose your favourite 🍕
