A few shots of fabulous food from our 2nd, sold out supper club at Alberrys Canterbury on Tuesday night,
Twice cooked blue cheese Souffle with grape reduction and remoulade

Followed by a duo of lamb, Aussie pan fried loin and a Yahni ( Turkish lamb stew ) in a pastry case, Aubergine filled with pistachios and red onion, green bean bundle, pomegranate molasses and houmous drizzle sprinkled with fresh pomegranates.

Finally a buttermilk pannacotta, pink peppercorn meringue Eton mess and pink peppercorn Berry coulis

A huge thank you to all the diners on Tuesday and for Graham's round of applause!

The menu is out for July 9th but book quickly it's almost full! The menu is £ 38.50 with an amuse to start and a fabulous optional wine flight just £21.50 totalling £60.00 per head!

On my way home from IFE and HRC 2024 leaving Graham Green cooking for the last day on the Austrade stand, amazing Beef and Lamb from several producers of. The Australia stand. So if you are up there today go and say hello and enjoy sampling and meeting the team.
