Just committed what most in this trade would call "a cardinal sin"
Received a message asking for a specific bouncy castle.
Unfortunately we don't have the one they wanted, so I redirected them to a local bouncy castle business that I know will have what they want.
This type of business Is hard enough this season with the weather up and down and bookings being canceled due to rain.
We're all in this together and I hope that one day the good deed is returned but that's not why I did it.
It's simply a case of "I don't have that in stock" and it cost absolutely nothing to be nice to others and support eachother as much as we can in this ever increasing difficult industry.

I've been a little quiet on here of late, due to a serious illness and unscheduled hospital stay.

Then unfortunately coming to another hirer and enquiring about a last minute bouncy castle won't work.
While we would love to help you out, unfortunately the law states that inflatables can NOT be operated in high winds (24mph and above) as its also putting children's and adults lives at risk. If anyone allows this during a storm/high winds they are not only breaking the law but they have little disregard to yours and your children's safety.
We can happily accommodate indoor hires though While the storm rides out.

Most venues allow inflatables, we will supply and supervise (if required) the bouncy castle at any venue and provide proof of full public liability insurance.

Bookings for indoor use only (church halls, community centres, school halls etc) until we officially open for the summer season.

All our inflatables have been made right here in the UK and conforms to HSE standards.
Our inflatables under go annual testing by a P**A representative to ensure they are safe for the public to use.
We will NEVER buy an inflatable that hasn't been made to the highest of standards, and made here in the uk. We can all moan about added cost incurred on our business but if it saves a life then I'm all for it and the business will absorb the cost effectively.

After a lazy day yesterday I finally did something today, the rain, wind and cold really is not our freind in this business. But i did something constructive and stuck some stickers to things 🤦♂️ bring on the weekend when I can blow things up 😃😃 (inflatables of course)

Just a quick note to let you know we are away on holiday in November (much needed winter sun) so bookings won't be available from 14th November to 23rd November.
