To make ‘Bonnie’s Festive G&T’ you’ll need:

50ml Gordon’s Gin
10ml apple juice
Tonic water
A lime and cloves to garnish

To make:
Fill a tall glass with ice, pour the Gordon’s gin and apple juice into the glass and top with tonic water.
For the garnish make a clover-spiked lime wheel by piercing a whole lime at regular intervals and placing cloves in the holes. Then slice the lime, drop into the glass and give a final gentle stir.

Then serve in a high ball glass!

Last call for ‘Donations not Carnations’
After an incredibly difficult few months, this Friday we will be holding the inaugural Tony Awards, in honour of our founder and CEO, Tony Laurenson. Alongside the ceremony will be a formal presentation to Stagehand, the PSA’s Welfare & Benevolent Fund, for the ‘Donations not Carnations’ JustGiving page that was set up for those who wanted send tributes to Tony.
