🌸Anxiety in children is currently very high, In 2025 I will be offering well-being pamper parties These sessions will teach children techniques to use when they are feeling anxious worried upset low mood We will teach breathing exercises to use on those particular tough days to calm nerves . These will also include Fun anxiety activities Work sheets to keep As a group we will make our own sensory bottle’s Along side our session we will still be having our pamper sessions Including Nail shape and polish Perfumes Mini facial Lip balms Age appropriate makeup ( if requested) and more 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 I am a fully qualified L3 Teaching assistant with 11 years experience and a fully qualified meditation practitioner. All qualifications are on show at each appointment along with my insurance. I also have 12 years experience understanding, living and working with autism.
