The 31st of May Bank Holiday weekend menu is filled with equally delicious flavours. In season asparagus to start followed by BBQ pork belly and langostine skewers with piri piri chicken wings, baby gem salad and crushed new potatoes; finished off with white chocolate mousse and poached rhubarb.
Following that, we have National Bubbly weekend on 5th and 6th June and this one is a REAL treat! A starter of fresh crab and Scottish smoked salmon with an Asian salad, followed by dressed Scottish lobster, new potatoes with truffle mayonnaise, asparagus with lemon and olive oil dressing, avocado and garden salad and finally strawberries and champagne jelly. Delicious!

Seasonal and local produce in Scotland
When produce is seasonal and local it just tastes BETTER...we'd love to share one of our favourites.
George Campbell & Sons is a fourth generation family business dating back to 1872. Based in Perth, in the heart of "Scotland's larder", they are one of the most famous seafood businesses in Scotland and supply many of the finest eateries.
