A small selection of the beautiful farewell flowers that I have made in the past few years.

It is always such a privilege to make these arrangements.

I offer this service all year round and as with everything I make they are sustainable, compostable and contain only British flowers and foliage.

Co-ordinating window displays for the local church.

No floral foam, no out of season flowers, just local foliage and seed heads.

I love having to think outside the box at this time of year.

I used to just swing by the local supermarket, grab some bright flowers, pick a bit of foliage and stick it in some floral foam. Never really thinking about the impact this has.

To be honest it never really excited me and felt very uncreative. I loved making these this year.

This year I will be doing full wreaths in medium or large.
As always they will be made from locally sourced ingredients and are fully home compostable!
£25 and £35.

It’s time…..

The sweet peas are here. Because the early ones have such long stems that are starting to make an appearance in bouquets.

Wow, what an amazing and exhausting flowery filled weekend.

Starting with a delivery to setting up the display followed by a new time and place in Crewkerne.

Today was spent at the show and then back home to make up a bunch for the wonderful

Now time to relax and ignore the fact that the beautiful urn I created is stuck in the corner of the living room next to the clean washing. Oh to have a beautiful stately home fit for such a display!! 😂😁

So excited for tomorrow.

Crewkerne farmers market is having a spectacular re-launch, different date, different location but still lots of lovely local goodies to be had.

I’ll be there with some beautiful locally grown flowers and as always ready to answer any gardening questions you may have and of course talk about the beauty of British blooms.

It’s and I am so excited that this is the first week that I have enough flowers to finally start getting them back into shops!!!

Today I dropped off some fantastic fresh blooms into find them near the door next to the delicious strawberries!!

I’m back tomorrow at Crewkerne farmers market.

Come on down between 9am-1pm to grab yourself a bunch of some locally grown plastic and pesticide free flowers.

There are lots of lovely other treats to be had too.

Now it’s time to relax and admire that beautiful sunset. Fingers crossed for good weather. Red sky at night shepherds delight!
