Show casing an experimental product today . This is stage one , full of fruit and fibre (with no Kelloggs to be seen lol)

Corriander , coconut freshly grated, sultana, cashew, chives, chia seeds , sesame seeds , fennel seed, cumin , green chilli ginger and touch of garlic and salt . Ready for stage 2 .

Delicious on their own and dare I say full of fibre …. Guess what stage 2 is ? …

I’ll update this post if they work out- you can even have one free if you’re smart enough to guess what I’m making ! The rest are going to family whom I have seen for an age. x

I might include it in a Diwali or Christmas special but I won’t get ahead of myself just yet 🙂 .

For my ‘very hot’ customers 🙂

Did you know my garlic chilli has 7 types of chilli in it?

Madras chili
Chilli flakes
Jwala chilli powder
Fresh Green chilli
Fresh Red chilli
Paprika
Kashmiri chilli

Why ? Ahh good question, pleased you asked !

Each chilli has a different flavour and profile . From , fruity , pungency , colour , sweet , intensity , smoky , earthy and of course its heat levels on the scoville scale . I know , you thought wine was complicated ? But chilli’s have a whole level of sophistication on your wonderful palates .

Of course, not forgetting the Ton of garlic (as it says on the tin) ) , and 8 other spices , finished with shallot and green pepper as I like to contrast the heat with fruity and lighter flavour and some textures to boot …

So there you have it , garlic chilli chicken not just a monotone hot chilli or garlic !

Yes, I’m making some on Friday and yes it’s very hot ! And yes I have some in stock

Well what a scorcher hey?

Don't forget I have a load of frozen goodies including the best ice-creams this side of town x Baboo.

Whilst your there how about grabbing the best ready meal in the South West too , remember all spices are home ground , homemade, butchers chicken , local veg and then prepared with love.

3 days it takes for a curry to take form - I don't think there is a business out there that would put that labour in but I promised what we eat as a family (No processed food)is what you get too so here they are :-) . I have almost everything in stock .

So, Stay at the beach longer and grab a curry on your way home . Also you have till 6pm today to order any fresh curries for Friday 4pm . www.khushi.kitchen

Goodness , what a week of cooking in the heat - did well to keeping myself from not boiling over and keeping hydrated ! I’m not complaining oh no , I’m not :-) . Hats off to anyone in my industry !

We do have goodies for you lovely customers today though , I think they will go into the freezer though soon after they are made as the predicted heat - they may not fair well x so come quickly :-)

Wedding catering today ! And of my favourite kind . A full veggie menu .

I normally talk myself out of accepting wedding requests as I’m more of a boho cook than a refined chef but when these two beautiful souls asked me I couldn’t say no . It felt right and I’m looking forward to feeding your 80 guests today !

Bonus the sun is shining too whoop whoop ! Be happy always and I hope I can add a little more happiness in my especially designed menu xx

Good show Alcaraz ! Wow ! So 1 spain victory is great and 2 spain wins in one day would just be excessive wouldn’t it ?

Looking forward to the next match with some trepidation and a dream in our British hearts ! We are building up a great party atmosphere with our friends today . Hope you are too ?

Well you were all rather quiet here at Khushi yesterday ?

Who is excited , About a certain match tonight ? I’m not a big footie fan but love watching England at work more for the anticipation of glory of the win !

Weather remains Meh but what is guaranteed is the sunshine and winning feel you will get from a Khushi curry . So start evening by nourishing yourself with one of my especially crafted dishes .

Blimey what a night ! …. What week of sports too it’s like revolving door in /out shake it all about.
India wins the cricket World Cup and nothing would please me more than if our England can do the same (well just the euros) ! but who says you’ll find balance you seek in life !! .. not going to go there with the elections though (another blimey!)

Yeesss the weekend is here everyone !

The suns out , the curries are fully stocked and the baboo ice cream delivery has arrived and I have every flavour in !

Could we ask for any more ? Well… Come on England (be prepared for tomorrow) , let’s see a blow out performance to the quarter finals !

Either way I have your Sweet and spice sorted , so gather your own fans and raid my freezers all weekend (stock permitting) .
