What a fantastic couple of days at The Manchester Central - CIPD Conference with Chris & Dave from The Results Driven Group. Over 7000 people, with all those stands quite literally missing a trick. Magic engages the delegates, creates dialog, finds out their needs and funnels them to the experts in the field.
