🌿 Update: Extension of Temporary Closure 🌿
New Closure Dates: 19th September – 20th October

Dear Valued Customers,

I had previously shared that Willow House Flowers would be closed for six weeks while I recovered from major heart surgery. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected post-operative complications, I will need a further four weeks of recovery time before I can reopen.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this extended closure may cause, and I am deeply grateful for your continued patience, understanding, and support during this challenging time.

My priority is to return to you fully recovered, so I can once again create and deliver flowers with the care, love, and attention they deserve.

I want to share some important news with you. Willow House Flowers will be temporarily closed for six weeks as I undergo unexpected major surgery — a quadruple heart bypass — and focus on recovery.

This decision was not taken lightly, but my health must come first so I can return to serving you with the care, creativity, and energy you deserve. During this period:

*All orders and services will be paused.

*The shop will reopen on Monday 22nd September, health permitting.

I deeply appreciate your understanding, support, and patience during this time. Your kindness means the world, and I look forward to returning, fully recovered, with a renewed heart and a blooming spirit.

I had the absolute pleasure of reconstructing a fully wired bridal bouquet for a golden wedding renewal of vows - this copy cat bouquet came out so well. A couple of changes to the available flowers, but these were carefully chosen to ensure the look remained as close as possible to the original bouquet. I get to do very little fully wired work these days, but this is due largely to time/financial constraints as they are so labour intensive, so this was a lovely diversion from the norm ❤️ Created by Charlotte, Willow House Flowers professional wedding florist

It's no secret that I LOVE the bridesmaid photos. After the couple portraits, its my next favourite thing to edit! I love getting the bride squad together, seeing the energy and fun between them and capturing that on camera. I ask a few questions, learn a lot of things, often too many things, but it is always the best fun, especially when you're a few tequilas deep! **edit...the bridesmaids, not me!...mostly.

I will now be closed all next week due to an unfortunate and inconvenient occurrence yesterday... I broke my wrist... and am now in plaster... very painful and debilitating at the moment, but hopeful that over the next few days the pain will go and I will learn to work with the plaster cast 🙄😬 - so sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
