Excellent wedding advice for couples by Marcus Charter Wedding Photography

A question I do get asked frequently is; 'How long will my date remain available for?'
Although I'd love to hold or pencil in dates for couples that enquire, over the years I have been ghosted a few times, so I just can't do that anymore. I do make a note of your date when your enquiry comes in, and if another couple enquires for the same date I try and make all parties aware, however sometimes a booking can happen very quickly.

My latest booking. From offer email sent to booking deposit being made; 22 minutes. 22 freaking minutes. I think that may be a new record beating the previous one of 38 minutes! Dates can sometimes go that quick.

My advice? If you have gone though the decision making process of choosing your supplier, for example if it is me as your wedding photographer, then book without delay. You never know what could happen if you wait!

bridalhairdesign DAISY never wears her
hair neat and tidy so her wedding day
wasn't the day to change this. At the hair
trial we tried a halfupdownstyle and then
styled it into a lowupdo with chunky
Dutch braid and this was the winning
style for the day, as above. Finished with
some handmade hair accessories by me.
As Dodford can be a little windy this time
of year I put some tight curls into the
loose bits to help hold throughout the day
as it was a dry day so outside photos
were on the agenda
