On the 16th of November I’ll be completing in a white collar Muay Thai fight in Birmingham as part of an event organised by

I’m fundraising for getting help to chefs that need it, I’ve seen many good chefs and people abuse themselves one way or another over my career.

hospitality is undoubtedly a difficult industry to work in but also can be very rewarding and one I love very much, it is now coming to a point where changes need to be made to make it a more appealing occupation where quality of life is just as important as the food we’re cooking.
