We used to go by the name "Aboyne Photographics" but after almost 16 years, we felt it was time for a change...

Over this time we've slowly built up our much-loved business - photographing countless wonderful people and places along the way. Whether you're getting married or promoting your

business - it's all an adventure and we're here to capture it for you!

Here's where every photographer says "We count ourselves incredibly lucky that we get to do the thing we love every day and make a living from it..."..But the annoying thing is, it's bl**dy true! We've met so many lovely people and explored the most beautiful places whilst doing our 'job'. Never underestimate the joy you can find in winding up your spouse 24 hours a day, every day!

It’s lovely to see folk making the most of all this cold weather. The Ballater curlers were out today, enjoying a few ends in the winter sunshine.

The carved wooden “bottles” they use for targets are apparently the same ones from back in the 1800s! Impressive when you think how many times they’ve been clobbered by a lump of solid granite sliding into them…

We took a quick trip to Budapest with some friends last weekend. What a beautiful city! We’re not ones for sitting round on holiday. And it’s safe to say we got the most out of our short time in Hungary.
