Christmas is only 5 weeks away and we are getting prepared for another busy year. 🎄🎅🏻 If you would like us to help with your Christmas and Boxing Day preparations and take the stress of some of the cooking why not order some of our delicious homemade desserts.

All our desserts are made fresh to order using the highest of quality ingredients and locally sourced.

We will be taking a limited number of orders and all collections must be before 12Noon on Christmas Eve from premises.

Hi my name’s Joanne and I’m the face you see behind all of these cake pictures!

I thought it was about time I introduced myself again and said hi to all my new followers. I’ve been making cakes for 10 plus years and I started because I had a real love for baking and I am also a trained chef.

I live outside Broughshane in Northern Ireland with my husband Jonnie and 2 beautiful kids Mia 4 & Kai 2. The kids as you can see love to be involved in baking as well.

What do we actually do here ? We specialise in cakes and sweet treats for all occasions including weddings. We also deliver cooking classes to kids and adults of all abilities.

I am also a teacher as well as running this amazing baking business. I hear you ask how do you manage it all. Thanks to our extended family is how we do it.

This beautiful cake was delivered and set up for Gary & Amy. I just love these 2 different stencil designs. Gary and Amy finished their cake of with bespoke figures and beautiful fresh flowers.

Its the halloween holidays from school. Are you struggling to entertain your little ones. We are holding a kids cookery workshop this Friday in Broughshane Community Centre 1pm-3pm. £25 per child and we have availability. This is a great workshop the kids learn lots of little skills and get to make 3 different items to take home.

Wedding cake designs here are all bespoke.

This beautiful buttercream cake with unique stencil detail was designed for Rayna and Jack . From the start of the planning process Rayna and Jack wanted to include their little dog as a lovely addition to their cake and how cute does it not look. 😀 (The figure was provided by the couple).

Its never to early to book your wedding cake so if you are getting married 2025 or 2026 our wedding diary is open. 📔💍🥂

Autumn season is a beautiful time of the year for a wedding with all those stunning red and orange colour tones.

Carly and Alan had the most beautiful wedding last weekend. They designed this hexagonal cake with edible glitter and pearls dressed with lovely autumnal flowers from our friends .

Flavours included our delicious madeira and salted caramel.

We are buzzing to advertise an afternoon slot for our kids cookery on Friday 1st November. Spaces are extremely limited so if you have a little one who loves to cook or bake get them booked in. Its a really fun engaging activity for all abilities of children.

We are so excited to be hosting another kids cookery workshop. Are you looking something to do with your kids over the halloween holidays. Schools may be off but why not keep your little ones amused with a fun filled morning learning to cook and developing some skills.
