Ladies, (rant post) you really need to listen.
I've had another bride in tears this morning because another dressmaker has messed her dress up 3 weeks before her wedding. You have to do your research and check out the reviews on who you’re letting loose on your dresses. Why would you pay for the dress of a lifetime for your dream wedding and then take it to the wee lady next door???? You need a specialist bridal dressmaker. The wee lady who does trousers day in day out can't do your dress!!! (I will not touch clothing, some professional dressmakers will)
Please, please book your dressmaker in advance, even before your dress has been purchased so you get the job done right and you’re not running around 3 weeks before your wedding looking for another dressmaker to fix the mess someone else has done. Rant over 💕

“Is this where the princess comes to pick her dress?” 👸

I’ve had quite a few messages with similar question, so fingers crossed I can answer most here....

I have spent the morning organising stock- the rails are packed tightly with lots of beautiful new dresses.

I have responded to all messages, please check your voicemails and texts, and get in touch if I have missed you out!

I have made a little mistake in bookings, and seemed to have skipped out Saturday 1st May 😒 If you would like your appointment moved forward, or would like to be fitted in; please give me a shout! Our Saturdays are very busy right up to June.

We are also available for Sunday appointments for the month of May.

Lots of our designers are ready to work within right time frames, hopefully we have time to get the dress of your dreams. Alternately; we are willing to sell some of our samples at a discounted price!

We currently have a selection of dresses with prices SLASHED..... lots of bargains at £50!!!!!!!!!! Designers include: Art Couture, Jolies, and Sweetheart. Limited sizes in these. (The rails are overcrowded, and this stock needs gone ASAP!)

Our plan was to do a massive sale, but we will let the dust settle first!!!!!! The stock will be in the shop for all appointments, and can be viewed then!

If your dress arrived in during lockdown, can you please arrange to come and try it on; pay balances and collect. The little store room is overflowing with brides dresses!

Hello! 🙂

The road map didn’t really help anybody getting married in the coming weeks and months.....

Unfortunately it’s slightly disheartening!!
We want more than anything, to be able to welcome you back into the boutique; and let you try on lots of dresses before finding ‘the one’- this time will come though! We need to find some more patience!!!!

I appreciate there is so much negativity around the lack of dates the executive have announced- however, I absolutely get it.... if numbers begin to rise; hospital admissions climb- then things will be put back....there’s no need for false hopes in the dates they provide! Can you imagine in England; all planning for normal by June- and then Boris changes his mind due to a surge in numbers!!!! Nightmare!!! Lol 😂

We are all very much in this journey together- and fingers crossed the end is near....

If you have an upcoming wedding, and are stressing! Please get in touch and we can discuss our at home experience! (This is absolutely nothing like the experience you would receive in the boutique!!)

Also, if you want to view our sale dresses (which we have many!) send us a message with your budget, size and style- and we can send you some options!

We, like many bridal shops, are always available to help you in any way possible!(pick up the phone!)

In the meantime, the best thing to do is stay at home and stay safe 🙄 (imagine in a few months, this will all be a distant memory!)

Our boutique is filled with the most beautiful dresses, including our newest 2022 collections. Unfortunately we have run out of hanging space, and must sell some samples.....

This brings me to announce our MASSIVE BLOW SALE. WIth dresses priced from as little as £99, some samples are still brand new, and unworn! (Thanks to Covid. 😔)

Due to current restrictions- and the risk that these dates will be extended, we have decided to not give a definite date.....what we do ask is, that you message the page; with your name; contact number and wedding date.... and you will be put onto a list. So when we officially get an opening date, you will be contacted and a time arranged!

To all brides who were effected by today’s announcement, I am so sorry. You’re day will be different than planned, but please remember- you will still be marrying the one you love! (I guess that’s the only light at the end of the tunnel!)

For those businesses, that will have to close up businesses for the second time this year, I hope this is short lived, and we see you again with open doors soon!

For now, for any brides planning to get married in 2021, please get in touch ASAP to arrange an appointment. We do not know what lies ahead, and whether bridal retail will be forced to close temporary in the not so distant future!

Our dresses are currently still running on time; with an average delivery time frame of 6months. Our dressmakers are absolutely under immense pressure.... please if you intend to reschedule or more forward your wedding date, contact your dressmaker to let her know!!

In the mean time; lets play our part, and continue to stay safe in these scary times!

In the wake of England’s announcement last night; we have had quite a few brides looking in ASAP, to find/order/ purchase their wedding dress incase of another lockdown.

Of course we will do all we can to accommodate you in these uncertain times!
