Happy Friday all. 😃 Just a message of appreciation to the incredile women in my class who have been so supportive not only to me, but to the whole group. When one of us is going through something that may be painful, hurtful or difficult, the support shown to lift that person up, with kindness, care and compassion has been so special. So, I want to say a huge thank you. I know a few of us have been thrown into situations that are made to destroy us, but all I see are strong, beautiful, independent women who are absolute super women and will make it through the storm to get to the rainbow at the end 😉🌈💪💖✨️😘 You are ALL amazing. 🥰😇🤗 Have a wonderful weekend and I will see you all next Wednesday. ###

Wednesday the 18th Dec 2024. 7.30pm. At Woodgreen Leisure Centre. No class on Xmas Day.
No class New Years Day.

For the next 2 classes we'll be celebrating, christmas, disco style.🕺

I wanted to share this, on World Menopause Day! 🌏🩷

I attended this online webinar today and it was absolutely fantastic!

I learned so much in just that one hour about nutrition and the huge role it plays in supporting the body during all stages of the menopause.

I can not praise it enough. 🙌

I'm joining the course to delve deeper and learn more about how to use nutrition during the menopause.

I myself, am in the perimenopause stage and I am so thankful that this course was created, so informative, interesting and inspiring. 🥰💕
