Thursday evenings at 7.30pm.

Top up your daily step count with showgirl 'pazzazz' and fun, at Burnalesque 'Walk Fit'. 💃🏽

Reach up to 4000 steps in 45 minutes, burning up to 500 calories all while strutting your stuff to great music in a friendly and safe environment. 👣

We also work those arms, abs, glutes, legs with toning throughout. 💪🏋‍♀️

Suitable for beginners, low impact and FABULOUS!

😁💯🙌 Our new Burnalesque 'Walk fit' class went down a treat last night. I am defo feeling it today.

If you want to 'up' your daily steps then this is definitely the class for you. Can add up to 4000 steps to your daily count, burn calories, tone up (with dumbbells) and gain showgirl confidence in a safe and friendly environment! 💃🏽🚶‍♂️👟👣

Happy Friday all. 😃 Just a message of appreciation to the incredile women in my class who have been so supportive not only to me, but to the whole group. When one of us is going through something that may be painful, hurtful or difficult, the support shown to lift that person up, with kindness, care and compassion has been so special. So, I want to say a huge thank you. I know a few of us have been thrown into situations that are made to destroy us, but all I see are strong, beautiful, independent women who are absolute super women and will make it through the storm to get to the rainbow at the end 😉🌈💪💖✨️😘 You are ALL amazing. 🥰😇🤗 Have a wonderful weekend and I will see you all next Wednesday. ###

Only 2 classes before Xmas:
Wednesday 11th Dec and
Wednesday the 18th Dec 2024. 7.30pm. At Woodgreen Leisure Centre. No class on Xmas Day.
No class New Years Day.

For the next 2 classes we'll be celebrating, christmas, disco style.🕺
With a few old favs from 2024, definitely some burlesque and festive hits to get us in the Xmas spirit. Tis the season. 😁🤶🏋‍♀️
