Our very own Cece and Becca got married at the end of September, on a warm and sunny day. Smiles, fun and laughter all round, they had waited a long time for this day to happen! At last, they can now call each other ‘wifey’!

The fire pits are a huge draw for lots of couples considering a tipi wedding, but rest assured you don't have to lift a finger. Our team will have wood chopped and ready to go. The fires will be lit as the sun starts to set and maintained throughout the evening. So all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the fireside romance ✨🩷✨

One of our newest full-time recruits – meet Dan!

Dan might be “new”, but he’s actually been here longer than I can remember. He started as a small, quiet school boy working at our events on weekends. He went off to uni, but kept coming back in his holidays so he's never really left! He's now here full-time, one of the tallest here, knows the venue inside out, and happy to lend a hand or take charge wherever he’s needed, and always with a smile on his face (unless he’s hungry – we do have to feed him well)!

Integral to our small team of dedicated staff are these lovely lot! Providing cuddles and licks and lots of fun, this trio work hard every day, offering a paw for support whenever the opportunity arises. We are a dog friendly bunch here and we love it when couples include their furry friends in their wedding day. They are family after all!

He’s our Tipi Construction Manager and Event Supervisor and you’ll be sure to see him around the venue making something with wood, no doubt! Tom is a long term member of the team and another person we just couldn’t be without!

🤍 Where would you expect a tipi construction manager to get married? In the tipi he built of course! 🤍 Tom and Kayleigh basked in beautiful summer sunshine earlier this year as they tied the knot. The chose to marry in Dovecote Barn, and followed the ceremony with Champagne and a selection of delicious canapés before having a confetti throw between the olive trees in our landscaped paddock. Guests were then invited to make their way to the tipi, which was ready to welcome them for speeches and dining. Beautifully decorated with a gorgeous array of wild flowers and signature handmade wooden centerpieces, they had chosen to enhance the natural surroundings of the rural grounds, creating the ultimate country boho Everyone sat to enjoy a sumptuous three course meal from our Formal Menu before heading outside to enjoy canapés in the evening sun, at which point, @merrimanphoto whisked the happy couple off to capture the magic of the golden hour in our extensive grounds.
