We’re thrilled to launch our new iGreen Project aimed at reducing carbon emissions and enhancing sustainability. Here’s what’s coming:
☀️ Solar Panels Installation – Harnessing renewable energy for a greener future.
💡 LED Lighting Upgrade – Cutting energy use and brightening our historic space.
This project is a key step in our sustainable journey, preserving our heritage while embracing modern eco-friendly practices.

This year, we’re proud to present Hearts of Bangor – an exhibition that brings to light the hidden stories of three extraordinary women from our town whose history have been lost to time. These women may have lived ordinary lives, but their stories are far from ordinary.

About the Exhibition: In Hearts of Bangor, we’ll showcase the lives of three women who played a vital role in the local community, yet whose names and achievements have been largely forgotten. From their everyday struggles to their quiet acts of courage, these women helped shape the Bangor we know today.

We’re collecting oral histories to preserve the rich history of this iconic building and its role in the heart of our community. If you have a story to share – whether it’s about the Market House itself or the people who worked and visited there – your voice matters!
