* Honey Chilli Salmon: Flaky salmon fillets glazed with a sweet and spicy honey-chili sauce, served on a bed of garlicky fried potatoes

* Ham Hock Pots: Hearty ham hocks simmered in a rich broth, served with crusty bread for dipping

* Butternut Squash and Coconut Chilli Soup: Creamy butternut squash soup infused with coconut milk and a hint of chili for a comforting and flavorful start

MAINS

* Chicken Stack: Layers of tender chicken, sautéed vegetables, and a creamy pepper sauce, topped with taco onions, served on a bed of Irish champ .

* Seafood Chowder: A hearty bowl of fish chowder filled with fresh seafood, potatoes, and vegetables, served with a side of wheaten bread

* Beef Stroganoff: Classic beef stroganoff with tender beef, mushrooms, and a rich sour cream sauce, served with triple-cooked chips and green beans

Welcome to our Gluten-Free World.

Welcome one and all.

First of all a little history on me, I was diagnosed as Coeliac 25 years ago and so I know the intricacies and issues inside and out. At the beginning the options were few and far between and it has been a blessing that the supermarkets are now stocking an ever increasing range of options. However (and you KNOW there had to be one - or why are we here) the range of things there mostly fall into the “free from” range. Free from gluten, free from dairy, free from egg and more often than not free from taste :p sometimes I wonder would the packaging not have a better taste and texture to it.

Add to that many coffee shop style places barely cater Gluten Free choices and those that do are usually pre-packaged and tasteless I reached a point where I decided enough was enough.

I am a fully qualified Pastry Chef and given that I know this world inside and out I figured it was time to offer up something new - 100% Gluten Free Meals, Traybakes, Desserts and more. I am also offering Keto Gluten Free Meals and Desserts too.
