Good news/bad news post. Due to other commitments over the next few weeks there won’t be any cook at home menus for a while, so get yourself one ordered for this weekend. The good news is that there’s still availability for the One Shore St, Boutique Guest Accommodation pop up with Smoq Artisan BBQ on Friday the 7th of march and The Court House Bangor has just released their tickets for my funky fine dining night on the 20th of March, so you don’t have to miss my food.
Here’s the menu:
Tuna Nicoise; fresh tuna, fine beans, pickled shallots, black olive, baby potato, tomato dressing, quail egg, anchovies, frisée.
Crab Thermidor; king oyster mushroom, mustard, crispy bread crumbs, Gruyère, truffle ketchup, wheaten bread.
Oxtail Claire; Madeira, fresh herb
Filet Mignon; fondant potato, charred cauliflower, kale, black garlic, port jus, cauliflower puree
Dark Chocolate Cremeux; hazelnut sable, cherry, candied hazelnut, praline
