October is the month where we celebrate black history and by doing that we host events across the borough so please join us on the 18th of October at the Rivergate centre IG11 0FJ BARKING to celebrate the black history month with Thames ward residents, meet and greet entertainment and shows and lots to eat and drink . The Barking Riverside Summer Series has arrived!

Throughout August, local community groups will be running a series of activities at Barking Riverside’s Pop-Up Beach at the Project Office. Set alongside the River Thames, there will be a range of events on offer, from children's crafts and beach football to adult art classes and yoga sessions.
