A recent visitor said the 'walls in the dining room need a repaint' 🤔
The problem is with a Grade 1 listed building you don't just do a quick repaint, you have to maintain the integrity of the room even if that includes those little flakey paint patches you see on the left of this photo. We think it adds to the character of the room - what do you think?

St John’s at Barlaston Hall is the church which sits within the grounds of the Barlaston Estate.
A very functional space - in the photo there we’re celebrating Burns Night.

Built in the 14th century is fell into disrepair and abandoned in the 1980’s.

We can’t tell you how happy we are to help bring this beautiful building back to life. 😍

‘How many guests does each part of the estate hold’ that’s one of the questions we get asked most when showing potential clients round Barlaston.

The honest answer is….you tell us what you need and we’ll find the right space to suit the style, mood and the number of guests for your special occasion.

The formal dining room can host up to 60. The Church up to 100 for wedding ceremony and after party and the Barlaston grounds work brilliantly for an outdoorsy summer wedding with marquee or teepees.
