Looking back on last week’s wedding with a full heart – every detail was perfect, the love and joy that filled the room was unforgettable!!
Canapés including roast beef and horseradish Yorkshire puddings, tempura prawns with sweet chilli sauce, whipped Brie, fig and walnut crostinis and chicken tikka skewers with raita. A starter of arancini with tomato and basil sauce with Parmesan shavings. Leading to our classic beef short rib with dauphinois potatoes, shallot, carrot and our amazing jus. Rounded up with passion fruit cheesecake. Catering fit for Saturday’s beautiful bride and groom and their wonderful guests.
