Despite the dreary weather outside, there’s something about the promise of new flowers and their colours that just is so lovely. I’ll always love flowers.

I haven’t posted in a long time and to be honest, I’ve been considering where to go with my wreaths and I still don’t really know. The sad fact is, I don’t think I’ll be able to carry on anymore and I know every small business is struggling and I aren’t immune to that. I’ve met some wonderful people at fairs and on these little squares that’s for sure 🌺💗 but I don’t think I can continue to make it work. 😢 so whilst I do make up my mind, there’s some absolute beauties sat in my conservatory in need of a fabulous new home, so I’ve put a huge sale on my Etsy shop - everything is 35% off with free UK delivery. Spring is coming… we had some sunshine this weekend and it gave me a nice feeling that longer, sunnier days are on the horizon! Not long to go. Another busy week for me but just enough time to share the gorgeous Orla with you all.

Easter delight!

There’s something about listening to the birds sing as I open the door to let the cat out on a dark morning (not for much longer!) that makes me happy spring is on the way. Our gardens a bit of a mess with no spring bulbs in it so I’m taking joy from the artificial flowers I have instead (bulbs outside are a later in the year job for me!)

April is a gorgeous and colourful half moon wreath. Available via Etsy or DM with free UK delivery. Perhaps a nice Mother’s Day treat either?

Happy Sunday everyone.

How are we? Are we surviving January with its 764,753 days?! I don’t know about you, but my feed is full of lovely and enticing pictures of everything spring related and it’s making me want to plant all the pretty flowers in our sparse looking garden. But, patience is required! The sky is blue this morning and the days are getting longer; it’s coming!

If you’re back to work this week- however that may look- I hope it goes well for you!

I’ve just had 154 notifications come through on Facebook- I’m so sorry if I’ve missed anyone’s comments or anything recently- it seems Facebook didn’t want to tell me about anything! Being transparent and honest, I’m not sure where WRWC will be heading in the near future. Having had a bit of a break over Christmas after the mad run up to the festivities and finishing my PhD (not submitted yet and still the viva to go but it’s actually complete!), I’ve just been so busy that my wreaths have had to take a back seat. For now, I am still here, crafting when I get the chance but doing life too. If you’ve got to this point in my long ramblings, I thank you! Here’s to a great 2024.
