As we come to the end of National Grief Awareness week I thought I would share my thoughts on the direct cremation vs traditional service debate. You might think I'm a little biased given my job, however I have seen both sides of this and the affects it has on family and friends grieving process when they lose a loved one. It's important to acknowledge these feelings as a natural part of the grieving process.

Finding ways to honour and remember lost loved ones can be a comforting practice.
