A little bit late to the party here! Happy New Year to all our customers new and old. Finally stopped after a busy Xmas period and been in bed for four days. The secret. Don’t stop!

It’s been an up and down 2022 but we have lots to be proud of. We will continue to grow this year and really push the corporate side of the business.

All of this would not be possible without the amazing, talented staff and you, the customers.

So thanks from all of us here and let’s hope for a prosperous 2023.

Who doesn’t love a good story. I had to share this one.

My sister rented out one of her properties to a Ukrainian family through the rental scheme. They are a lovely family and we have all become good friends. So much so, that we will all spend Christmas Day together this year.

I was asked by Sheffield Town Hall to host an event for some Ukrainian dignitaries where we had to provide Ukrainian cakes, tea and coffee. My knowledge of Ukrainian cooking is very limited. However, I knew Lesia made the most fantastic cakes and is an excellent baker.

There was only one thing for it. She would become PTJ newest recruit! As you can see from the results, the cakes were sublime and the feedback has been incredible.

Thanks to Marta for acting as translator as this would have not been possible without her 😁🙌🏻

Such a fulfilling job and proof yet again, that there is always a way 😁🙌🏻

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we are now installed at Sheffield Town Hall for any major catering events 🙌🏻 Our good friend Lauren Jade Mason at Up in Smoke Cocktail Company will be bar management and drinks coordinator to accompany the Sheffield themed food events.

Really excited about this one. Back to the birthplace and so many special memories in Sheffield with good friends and family members being based here. Also, many years of playing football this way and creating great links in the surrounding areas. My sister and husband run Pottery West just around the corner and this felt like a perfect opportunity to get established in the steel city.

We look forward to welcoming you for any large events that you may need our services for. 😁

What a weekend. Feel like we have been to every corner of the country, providing a variety of themed menus and styles and still producing consistent quality.

It’s also great to be able to offer you a cocktail service as well now to compliment the food. This is proving to be a great hit.

Not really one to put deep posts on here but this year has been a funny old one. After a summer where I nearly cracked, without the help of Nic and her team, my other staff and my mates and family I would not have got through it. Believe it or not though ,I had a plan in place! Even during all the telling offs and concern from them, I kind of knew what I was doing!!
So, with the additions of the new staff on top of the fantastic ones I already had in place. I was so proud to take this pic of the team minus a few on the Xmas do the other night. What started with just me and Pierre around 5 years ago has grown into this and these guys have now given me time to focus on future projects.
So happy Christmas from us all and thank you to all of our customers old and new.

We look forward to seeing you in the New Year with lots of exciting ventures.
