This is your chance to pause, recharge, and connect in a welcoming space. Each week at Wellbeing Wednesday, we explore different aspects of wellness through demonstrations, tasters, and discussions—helping you integrate simple yet powerful practices into your daily life.

Plus, enjoy a warm drink, a slice of cake, and great conversation in a relaxed and friendly setting. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, try something new, or simply take a moment for yourself, this is the perfect midweek reset.

North Devon Artist John Piper Art will guide you step by step over the three daytime lessons through all the aspects of watercolour painting covering everything you need to know in order to progress at your own pace with this versatile medium.

Wow, what a performance! 😍

Extra puppy cuddles for anyone who manages to remove any left over confetti from the beams...🤣

Thank you to our amazing audience last night, your lovely comments and reactions were quite overwhelming. Annie Fox's story of a woman embracing her power touched people in many ways, and it is a privilege to be part of that story.

Additional thanks to Sharon at St Anne's Arts & Community Centre for organising the weekend, the crew for the smooth running of the event, and to the other Fringe Extra participants for the good vibes.
