He’s coming back…..

Cheeky Elf On The Shelf visits!

This year we will be out and about once again with our Cheeky Elf mascot.

He will come to your house for a 10 minute visit and do the following;

🍫Deliver 1 x Advent Calendar (more calendars can be delivered to the same household at a cost of £2 per Calendar)

😉Get up to his cheeky antics with Silly String, snowballs and Toilet roll to hand

📸 Pose for plenty of photo opportunity’s

A £5 deposit will secure your booking with a total cost of just £25 per house (plus any additional Advent Calendars at £2 each)

Visits will take place on the following dates and locations

Tuesday 26th November from 4pm - Bideford & surrounding areas

Wednesday 27th November from 4pm - South Molton & surrounding areas

Thursday 28th November from 4pm - Barnstaple & surrounding areas

Friday 29th November from 4pm - Braunton & surrounding areas

We love the bright and Vibrant colours perfect for all the boys and girls for any occasion.

*Little Princess Trust*

We had the absolute pleasure today to help this inspirational young girl with her fundraising efforts. 10 year old Dakota chopped off her hair today for The Princess Trust. The Little Princess Trust help children who have lost their hair through cancer and leukaemia by making wigs from others hair.

This weekend has been another busy one with lots of miles on the clock! We visited Exmouth, Tawstock, Torrington, Harepie, Landkey and Ilfracombe 😀

Hope all the Birthday Boys and Girls had wonderful Party’s

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your messages of support, advise and personal experiences regarding our last post. A few people calling for us to name and shame said customer however it’s not something we will be doing, although she has caused added stress and loss of income to the business we only like to spread fun and positivity and wouldn’t wish for individuals to be singled out there is enough negativity in the world already without us adding to it.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ 😔

We had a booking last Sunday and the customer said she would pay via bacs when we where setting up, I trusted she would do this so left her to enjoy the day with her children, an hour before collecting the bouncy castle I politely reminded her about payment that I needed it before collection, I went to collect the castle and still no payment, she tells me she has sent bacs details to her mum for payment and she would send it over, that did not happen either, it has now been 5 days I have been trying to chase down this customer for payment with no joy.

This has caused incredible stress to my week this week which I could have done without. I am not a massive corporate company where a little missed payment here and there makes little impact. I am a single Dad of Two children that gets no support from the government, I work two jobs to be able to provide for them and afford a roof over there head. Every Penny counts.

If you cannot afford to hire our equipment don’t book with us. I have wasted not only my fuel and time doing this booking but could have lost out on another booking instead.

Going forward we will be asking for full payment on arrival either cash or bacs before any setting up begins, and if this does not happen we will leave. Apologies if this seems extreme but unfortunately the few has spoilt it for the many. This has been a wake up call that some people like to take advantage of my kind and trusting nature.

UPDATE 11am: The rabbit and it's owner have now been reunited! 🥕

🐰 Our kind hearted Estate Rangers have rescued this lovely rabbit this morning.

It was found close to No 7 Willshere Road, Forches in Barnstaple.

They noticed that some cats were after it so didn't feel it was safe to leave it. It is now safe and enjoying some apples here at our Head Office.

If it belongs to you, please give us a call on 01271 312500 and arrange to come in and collect it.

Please share and help us reunite this bunny with it's owner.
