What a day! We're still in the process of packing everything away.. 🥵

Thank you so much to everyone who attended, we hope you all had an amazing weekend! We put so much effort to get the event to where it was this year and despite all the setbacks we think it went really well, we hope you do too.

Special thanks to all of our sponsors, volunteers as well as BAE Systems and Westmorland & Furness Council, we really couldn't have done this event without you!

Sorry for the late announcement, today has been a busy day... Here's the weekends competition schedule!🎮

Anyone wanting to enter the competitions will be allocated a ticket number, and they will be drawn at random to keep it fair.

The Mario Kart tournament this year will be for under 13's only, but all of the other tournaments are open to everyone!

We can't wait to see you all tomorrow! 🕹️

Just a quick note from us to let you know that our event is still going ahead this weekend.

While we're gutted to lose access to the theatre room and being able to host competitions on the main stage, we understand The Forums concerns and wouldn't want to put any of you at risk. We've also been assured that there is zero risk to health in any other part of The Forum, hence deciding not to reschedule our event.

As a result, we'll be moving our Summer Game Fest upstairs and spreading things out a bit. We're aiming to offer as much gaming equipment as we can but may have to prioritise based on the space we have available and the little time left to organise everything.

We've put a lot of effort into making this the best weekend of the summer and we're looking forward to seeing you all!

Hey everyone! As you know, our event is just around the corner, and we need your help to make it a success! 🎮✨

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with:
- Event setup and teardown
- Game station supervision
- Tournament organisation
- Registration and check-in
- General assistance

Whether you're a gaming pro or just love being part of the action, we would love to have you on board!

📅 **Date:** 03-08 & 04-08 | 08:45am - 5pm
📍 **Location:** The Forum

Due to restrictions, all volunteers must be 15+ and you must complete an online level 1 safeguarding qualification (provided by us) prior to the event.

Volunteers will receive a free event T-shirt, food & drinks, and our eternal gratitude! Plus, it's a great way to meet fellow gamers and have a blast. If you're interested, please comment below or send us a message.
