Elderfit’s group sessions are designed to improve your strength and balance.

Our group sessions cater for all abilities and everyone is welcome. Enjoy the camaraderie of a group session and meet like-minded people, improve your fitness and health, all whilst having fun.

✅ All abilities welcome: Our class participants' age ranges from 50 to 100 year olds; no matter your age or ability, we will cater for you
