My snout 🐽 can identify this fragrance at a thousand paces, and I absolutely adore it. Tuberose 🤍
As florists, in our bid to make every wedding, event and party we design look incredible, and with a huge amount of attention paid to texture, we all often forget about the role of scent.
And yet for all us florists, I can guarantee there’s one scent, from one flower that they love and adorable above all others.
And it’s not just flowers that evoke that bittersweet nostalgia; freshly mown grass on an August day, or the earthy petrichor of rain hitting slow-baked September ground. It can take you to a moment in time that you didn’t even know your brain had stored in its beautiful library of lost memories 🤍

O H H E Y 🤍
And I’m back in the worky groove. Ish. Maybe about halfway I’d say at an optimistic guess. I’m surely not the only one who takes their sweet time to warm up at the dawn of a new year?
No major plans for world domination or growth from me this year; quite the opposite. I’m looking for less, slower, quieter but essentially better.
My only promise to myself for 2025 is return to basics, digging deep into the bits that nourish me and get past the noise. A need to reacquaint myself with why I do what I do feels very timely.
And whatever that looks like, and to be frank I have no idea what that looks like, I’ll be happy with moving along with that as my driver.
I’m essentially using 2025 to pare it all back and find my way in this (fu***ng crazy) world.
And so cheers to you wonderful, beautiful and weird humans out there doing the same.

Wreaths of the Christmas kind are over for another year 🌲 Thank you so much for all your orders and wonderful feedback 🌲 You truly fuel my addiction and the fact that you let me do my thing with designs that tell your style story, writ large on your front door, for a month every year is astonishing .
Although, as I note that my wreaths are way less hole in the middle, and more chonky boy all the calories than most, so possibly renaming these fellas to Christmas Door Pies next year …. 🥧🌲✨🤓
