We are a team of event planners with a wide range of experience (from corporate events through to weddings) who will plan and execute any event, taking responsibility for the creative, technical, and logistical elements. This includes overall event design, brand building, marketing and communication strategy, logistics, budgeting, negotiation, and client service.

We offer a full range of services, including:
Interview the customers to identify their needs.
Preparation of the budget
Design and style of the event
Scouting locations
Photoshoots
Planning a detailed checklist
Preparation of the list of participants
Identification of venues for events (hotels, party house, ceremony, church, temples etc.)
Identification and contracting of wedding professionals and/or other service providers (suppliers, photographers, videographers, beauticians, florists, sweets, buffet, drinks, etc.) and contract preparation and ex*****on.
Acquisition of custom decorations, such as a travel map
Coordination of deliveries / services on the day.
Have a contingency plan in the event of any unforeseen circumstances
Manages programming, often with software
Help and prepare legal documentation
Event layout
Event briefing for all suppliers
Coordinating the special day, conference and pre-event assembly follow-up
