has a story that you play a part in, and each presents its own unique challenges for a truly entertaining experience. You don’t need to know exactly how it works before you arrive. One of our team will meet you from the door, take you through the game, and be on hand to help you if you need it. Thousands of people are already taking on the ‘Escape Room’ challenge each week across the UK. If you’re looking for something fun, different, and enjoyably challenging then this is for you! Our Story

My brother Peter and I started 2016 doing proper ‘grown up’ jobs, the kinds of things we’d done for 20 years. He was the Managing Director of a successful contact centre business and I travelled all over the world helping businesses fix their processes for customers. We’d always talked about one day starting our own business, but we’d never found ‘the thing’ that would make us take the leap. Then along came Escape Rooms....

They have been around for a while in Asia and Eastern Europe, but are still a relatively new phenomenon in the UK. You come along as a team - maybe a couple, perhaps a group of friends or family, maybe even 50 people on a work event. In teams, you have 60 minutes to take on a series of challenges - find the clues, solve the puzzles, and get out in time!

We opened our first site in Southampton in November 2016 and by March it was the #1 rated fun thing to do in Southampton on TripAdvisor. By May that was #1 in Hampshire. We opened the second site in Basingstoke in July - that made #1 locally in just two months. We have a growing number of experiences, all based around becoming spies for British intelligence. You might travel to the 1920’s to take on illegal gambling, the 1950’s to uncover a cold war spy, or perhaps the 1980’s to investigate behind the scenes at a record shop. These and more are now available and the list continues to grow.

We have big plans for the coming months and years, but will never loose focus on why we started this. We spent a lot of years helping other peoples companies deliver exceptional experiences for their customers. We’re now making sure we spend every single day doing the same for our own. It’s been an awesome journey so far - we hope you’ll join us on it!
