It has been a very busy August with 20 days of catering for a Haf summer holiday club, along with my other work.

This weekend was birthday and anniversary catering featuring creme brulee topped with fresh Raspberries, salmon en croute and strawberry cheesecake made with lots of fresh British 🍓

Homemade Christmas pies featured on a company buffet yesterday and the individual pots of delicious banoffee pies were a treat for the children at HAF 🎄 🤶

I catered for a salad buffet last week which included this potato salad with onion and chive.🧅

Then today i have been catering for an afternoon tea to celebrate an 0 birthday which included a selection of cakes - chocolate brownies🍫, lemon drizzle🍋, bakewell slice and vanilla sponge topped with cream and berries, along with scones with jam and clotted cream.
