With over 18 years of mastering knowledge in the catering and hospitality industry I have decided to follow my dreams of leading a team of my own and setting up a business that exemplifies my expertise and style. My passion and love for food and food art (as I like to call it) have been the driving force behind my success. I was born and raised in Kos, a beautiful and quaint island in the Aegean S

ea of Greece. Several of my favorite memories of my upbringing were that of my mother in the kitchen asking me to help her prepare meals and bake. Just thinking of it fills my senses with the sounds of laughter, the warmth of love and my mother’s oven and the intoxicating rich smells of her cooking. Each dish prepared for my family was so much more than a meal; it was love. When I use certain ingredients in my cooking today, I can almost see my father returning from our second home in the country side with bags full of freshly picked lemons, figs, oranges, eggs and more. He would humbly hand them to my mother taking in a large breath of air to smell the magic of her cooking and with a gratified exhale he’d lean in for a kiss letting her know how good it smelled. Our home was a chef’s paradise. We always had our own freshly picked fruits from the garden, we produced our own extra virgin olive oil, we used to have chicken and hens, rabbit’s, pigs, lambs and our seasonal vegetables. My longing for days like those are what I have created my business around. Establishing beautiful memories with every bite YOU take. Cooking is my therapy and there is nothing more gratifying to me then the smile each bite can deliver to a loved one. My home is my kitchen and my heart is in my creations. Take a meal with you and have dinner with me wherever you are.

It might look’s like Christmas but still too early! Was the happiness that you felt when a loaded beef burger with bacon jam topped with , saganaki cheese, Mac and cheese croquet and short pork ribs was showed on the bar! The choice of a side drink it’s yours, we do have a great selection of Ales and 🍺 why not a glass of wine!

It was a great day for us, first of all our Chef had her nameday and she was working really hard and then she achieved a 5 food hygiene rating! She finished her night with a nice Greek meze served to her friends!

We are happy to announce that from the 14th of August we are taking over the kitchen in , working with Mick and Liz an extremely positive couple with many years experiences in Pubs and great success! We will start serving food from Wednesday evening through Sunday lunch time! Can’t wait to see you all there!

Today we had the chance to meet with and pick up our first veggies for tomorrow , so you will be able to pop in our little kiosk , crab a coffee from 9 and have a look on the amazing fresh vegetables that grows locally in the farm . Grow for Life is a social and therapeutic gardening charity, working throughout Bath and towns and villages across North East Somerset. Their vision is to see a world where people experiencing low confidence, anxiety, depression or isolation are restored to live life to the full! You will find in our kiosk seasonal vegetables every Friday and Saturday!

We are really excited and feeling very proud with the new ideas that we have! Every Thursday you will find in our little kiosk products from ! We help and support all the volunteers by having a small display outdoors with all the goodies that the gardeners grow! Please feel free to come and donate for every Thursday.

I chose Roasted Lemon to cater for a large family gathering recently to celebrate my birthday. They were great! Very flexible in advance in terms of agreeing a menu that was suitable for all kinds of dietary requirements. The food was delicious - especially the spinach and feta pastries! They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
