Because we are a small company it is possible for our food, from canapés cases to chutney to be genuinely home-made, giving our food and menus that freshly made feel, look and taste. It is also possible for menus to be tailor made to you as all ingredients are bought freshly for your event so any flavours and ingredients can be changed to your requirements.

Some wonderful hearty salads, good for summer or winter buffets!
Brown and wild rice salad with Zatar, fresh pomegranate, charred broccolini, spring onions and pomegranate molasses.
Charred peppers, red onion and courgette with roasted butternut squash with a tahini, maple syrup and lemon dressing, toasted pumpkin seeds and fresh spinach.
Also a platter of Greek Spanikopita… a delicious lunch!

Vietnamese summer rolls with peanut and sweet chilli dips, sour dough bruschetta with garlic and chilli prawns, pumpkin stuffed with wild rice, fennel, pecans and pomegranate with tahini dressing and Korean barbecued chicken with kimchi, Bol Choy salad and chargrilled aubergine and courgette with Korean dressing. Plus the delicious lemon posset tart with white chocolate and biscuit base and blueberries.

Last night’s dinner party. Canapés: chilli and garlic prawn with marinated mango brochette, guacamole with quails egg on toasted sour dough, caramelised red onion and goat’s cheese bruschetta. Starter of sautéed scallops and prawns in rich seafood and saffron sauce in a pastry shell.
