What a week - nothing to do with gardening but pets who have been part of the family for 15yr plus. Thought I was losing her this week but she is a fighter and is pulling through for a little while but it is only a matter of time unfortunately…. And I came across these photos of Cody aged 2yr when we lived in West Penwith. He would hate me sharing but he is in Oz living his best life having secured a new job and I couldn’t be prouder of the man he has become. But these photos are so damn cute!!

It’s been a busy hot week but a lovely morning was had with the organising the visit with . It always so inspiring and even though I wasn’t going to buy as I am selling my house I still came away with herbs and this morning just had a glorious mug of Desert Mint tea. Note to all never mix your mints into same container- something I have fallen foul of.

I am really looking forward to seeing this year’s show as there are some inspiring gardens.
I am catching up on Mondays broadcast and I am left feeling annoyed to see still presenting. This is a conflict of interests as he is also showing a garden he and his dog has designed. Surely they could have had a fresh face and he purely focused on his garden, meeting people, talking about his garden and explaining what plants he used that are not toxic to dogs. That is one area I am interested to see if he has addressed in his design? Ummm maybe it’s also the same format is continually rolled out in the presenting side that is annoying me too….

Beautiful day and even more gorgeous plants.
I am meant to be having some control as I plan to sell so more plants to my garden ……but I came back with 6 bags….
😂 my son was you decluttered 3 and came back with 3 times as many!!! 🤪😂. What could I say but I don’t do handbags and shoes….🤷‍♀️

What a week it has been and had a great visit to who put on a morning and lovely lunch (even catering for me being vegan) - for a good show around the nursery to what they do, how they grow and the vast range they have. Big shout out to Peggy & Andrea who are front of house and do an amazing job.
Even though I have known the nursery for 15yrs now and seen how it has changed and develop and even at one point I was pruning and shaping all the Buxus they had growing in their field, they really have grown into one of the most important nurseries in the area.
