“Then, out of temper, a coach screams ‘Get off the pitch. Get off the pitch! Get off my pitch!’ I feel emotional now because the face of that child is right in the forefront of my mind. He has been demolished. There was no acknowledgement, no handshake. You could see that he wanted to cry and he didn’t want to show it.

The confirmed details are this Friday 20th April at the Marriott Hotel Glasgow, the Argyll Suite (located on the first floor) 17:00 start.

Attending we have a wide range of clubs from SPL to SWPL.

With the influx of billions of pounds in the English football market coming through from TV rights etc, something needs to be done to allow some of this money to be filtered down to grassroots football.

All these players have come through some form of grassroots experience and the club’s they play for now can still contribute and benefit from a small levy being paid.

Back in 2012 we were in touch with Bailey Wright, a young Aussie that’s just received news that his club Preston North End will not be retaining him at the club.

Determined to stick it out he asked the club to stay and train with the academy kids to keep in shape for future trials.

Cut to now, he signed a short term deal with PNE then went on to become one of their most reliable performers over a few seasons and 5 years later he’s holding a place down for the Socceroos and is now off to Russia next year.

Never give up on what you believe is destined for you. 👏🏻👏🏻

Great to see Omar Bogle this week score his first goal for Cardiff City in a 3-1 win at home to Ipswich Town.

Very proud of this lad and the work he has put in to get his career back on track.

Football isn’t just about what you have at your feet it’s about what you have in your heart. We were there for him when things were at there lowest for Omar and small pieces of advice, placing him at the right club at the right level were crucial parts to help him.

He’s come a long way since placing him at Hinkley and Solihull and we are sure he’ll continue to progress.

Having watched this young lad play during his time at Everton and on exit trials, it’s no surprise Aberdeen FC have taken the opportunity to sign Miko.

He was thought of very highly when signing with Everton and here’s hoping he kicks on to hit that potential.

Coilean plan to do more business with young players based in Scandinavia over the next 2 years and player like Mika will get their chance through our philosophy.
