Wow! The Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair & Fun Day has now sold out for stalls on Saturday the 30th of November with only a few remaining for Sunday the 1st of December 2024. All of our two day stands have been fully booked.

A huge thank you to everyone who has booked in and this could see 2024 be our busiest event to date. Another huge thank you to our attendee followers who have been asking about tickets for our event this year. Thanks to sponsorship and other external factors our event this year has reverted to free entry for everyone.

We have received over 240 messages from suppliers, just in the four days since we launched, asking to be a part of our Christmas Event and we are working our way through them.

Razzmatazz Events are pleased to launch the dates and details for the 8th Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair & Fun Day 2024 running over two days.

We will then contact you directly regarding your application. There is a limited amount of stands per supplier catagory and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Our stand prices this year are £30 for a one day exhibition stand and £50 if you would like a two day stand. This includes your table, chairs, online advert and complimentary refreshments.

This event sells out for suppliers in a matter of days so don’t delay. 🎅🏻

Firstly a huge thank you to everyone who attended the Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day at Inveralmond Community High School. The team were thrilled to see so many people at our event and the happy faces of the kids when seeing Elf and Santa.

Secondly a massive thank you to each and every supplier who shared the day with us.

He’s Back!……. With Free Balloons 🎈

Our very own Elf on the Shelf will be at the Inveralond Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day on the 3rd of December from 11am to 3pm at Inveralmond Community High School.

During the day Elf will be handing out free balloons to children, posing for photos and no doubt up to naughty stuff around the room.

At this time of year the team is focused on the Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day but also on how we can give back to the community for supporting this event. Since 2017 we have always provided items to the Pre School Charity Daisy Drop In, based in Craigshill, whether it was free grotto tickets, the colouring equipment after the event, any excess books or tombola prizes.

This year is no exception but we have decided to go one step further with the team providing tickets to the members of Daisy Drop In allowing free admission, Santas Grotto and a hotdog 🌭 or popcorn 🍿for the children supplied by the fabulous PB Events.

The Daisy Drop In is open all week for you to ‘drop in’ and play and have fun with the children. Come in, get ad­vice, find out what’s happening, have a chat and relax. They can direct you to services and activities that are available, whether it’s benefits advice, health questions, courses available, community concerns, debt worries and much more.

It’s not often we get emotional about things but the Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day has been featured in the Annual ASN Schools Magazine for West Lothian.

Each primary school in West Lothian has just sent this E-Magazine out to all parents with children in schools within West Lothian. It highlights events that have been contacted to ensure they are fully inclusive and ASN friendly (Additional Support Needs).

Our event has been highlighted for this and we, as a team, are extremely proud to be a part of community in West Lothian.

The team are super excited to welcome Event Buddies Scotland who will be attending the Inveralond Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day on the 3rd of December from 11am to 3pm.

They will be providing a fabulous Face Painting Service for both children and adults. Their price list for our event has been reduced to:

🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻 Santas Grotto 🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻

The big man in red is returning to the Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day at Inveralmond Community High School on the 3rd of December from 11am to 3pm.

Our Grotto this year is just £3 which includes meeting Santa, a present 🎁 from Santa and a sweet treat 🍬 from his happy elf helpers. No booking required. Our Grotto has been a very popular attraction each each but one that cannot be missed.

We are thrilled to welcome TJ designs for the first time to the Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair & Fun Day at Inveralmond Community High School on the 3rd of December from 11am to 3pm.

A huge range of hand made jewellery including sterling silver items will be showcased on the day and a perfect gift for anyone at Christmas.

The team took the road again today with flyers, posters and cards placed across locations in Livingston 🚗

Another huge thank you to all the shops and locally businesses who support this annual event. Another special thank you again to Hobbycraft in Livingston who have hundreds of our flyers at the tills for the crafters in West Lothian and Carlton Bingo Hall Livingston who have also taken a large amount of flyers in their main foyer.

🌭 🍿 Festive Hotdogs and Popcorn 🍿🌭

We know that Christmas Shopping can take it out of some people but we are here to help! For the first time we have the fabulous PB Events joining us on the day with their Hotdog and Popcorn Stands at the Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day on the 3rd of December from 11am to 3pm.

On the day there will be Hotdogs for just £3, Popcorn for £2 or the meal deal for £4 which will be a Hotdog 🌭 and Popcorn 🍿.

Vegetarian Hotdogs are also available.

We want to thank PB Events for their reduction in pricing for our event to ensure everyone can enjoy themselves on the day.

Showcasing her Table Centrepieces is the wonderful Aicha from Elegance exhibiting with us at the Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair and Fun Day on the 3rd December from 11am to 3pm.

Having exhibited with us since the very start in 2017 she has been with us every year. We are thrilled she could join us again.

🌺 💐 Christmas Flowers and Wreaths 💐🌺

We have the pleasure of announcing that the Multi Award Winning Becky's Flowers will be exhibiting with us at the Inveralmond Christmas Craft Fair & Fun Day on the 3rd of December from 11am to 3pm.

Becky’s Flowers is based in Bathgate and has won multiple regional and national awards for her stunning flowers. On the day there will be both fresh and artificial wreaths to purchase. There will also be the opportunity to order on the day a large range of Christmas Flowers.
