🎉 We had an absolute blast cooking for Jenni’s surprise 40th birthday party! 🥳

A huge thank you to her amazing friend Vikki and her husband for organizing such a memorable celebration. It was our pleasure to serve Jenni who is an absolute foodie especially oriental food and her guests with a delicious bespoke menu that included:

- Malaysian chicken satay skewers with cucumber
- Chinese salt and pepper chicken bites
- Japanese vegetarian gyoza dumplings
- Thai Panang chicken curry
- Chicken wings marinated in soy sauce and sweet chili
- Malaysian beef rendang with potatoes and lime leaves
- Soft vegetable noodles
- Spring rolls filled with rice vermicelli noodles, carrots, and cabbage

We are thrilled to provide catering for the WKSA Scottish Championships on May 24 and 25, with expected competitors from all over the UK, totaling over 300 participants, along with their family and friends.

On May 24, the event will take place at the KSW Bathgate Dojang, with our catering services available from 2 PM to 7 PM.

On May 25, the championships will be held at Bathgate Academy from 12 PM to 5 PM.
