Perfect Saturday night comfort food.

A desee@94 curry, jeera rice ,some onion bhajis, dollop of wild garlic and tamarind chutney and some chapatti to scoop up any left overs. All finished with a chilled Mango Lassi 😋

All home cooked to order, pre-order by Wednesday 6th March for a Saturday 9th March collection.

First menu of this year, slightly later than usual, however it's timed to cover a few occasions. A special request, a Mother's Day treat, family get togethers and to top it off, Spring is around the corner 🐝🐣🌷.

New to the menu is Onion Bhaji.... Onion, onion and more onion in a delicious naturally gluten free batter with a blend of spices to elevate the simple yet tasty flavours.

My Punjabi Samoas are back to start the meal and to finish off why not try the home made mango Lassi 👌🏽.

Both Tote and Jute bags are available to order.

If you bought a tote or jute bag, bring it along for your collection and you'll receive a complimentary starter/dessert ( based on availability).

Ghar da Achar (vegan) - Home made pickle. A little goes a long way.

Chillies, lemon & limes, green mango, carrots & Samphire..

I've kept it chunky as that's the way it's made traditionally and the test that it's ready is when you don't need to apply too much pressure when smothering it on your roti or mixing it with your daal...mmmmmmh

Succulent strips of chicken breast marinated in a green chilli, garlic and ginger marinade overnight before being coated in a naturally gluten free batter and gently fried until golden brown.

Delicious with my wild garlic and tamarind chutney or raita.

Fancy Punjabi Street Food this Saturday or a DeseeTakeaway? Come along to the 24th Bearsden Scouts Coffee Morning this Saturday from 11-2pm at the Bearsden Hub. I'll also have a limited selection of curry and sides for takeaway.

To avoid disappointment please order your pre-packed takeaway which can be collected from the hub whilst you come to enjoy the Street Food, or arrange collection for an evening pickup.
