The Little Bridge (il Piccolo Ponte) provides premium Wood Fired Pizzas for parties, events and festivals. Our pizzas are handmade and then baked in wood fired ovens, giving a superb crisp texture and a unique light flavour. Having spent many years in the Mediterranean, we have picked up and developed our own recipes using only the finest authentic ingredients. Our special dough is made with Itali

an oo grade flour, and topped with a sauce made with the finest tomatoes, oregano, wine and Italian herbs. All baked in a wood fired oven for a wonderful crisp texture and authentic pizza taste. We can be found at a range of events in the South East, from beer festivals, music events, folk festivals, village festivals and garden parties. Registered with the local council, we have public liability insurance and comply with all the current health and safety requirements.
