How cute are these hay bales? 😍
Evening graze table setup for 200 guests at a wedding on a family farm.
Alongside our graze menu we added homemade sausage rolls, quiches, sandwiches and bread. A great way to serve lots of guests quickly.

We served our delicious canapés followed by an afternoon tea at the . The guests were treated to homemade sausage rolls, pasties, scotch eggs, cheese scones and quiches as well as freshly made sandwiches in a selection of flavours. This couple opted to serve sweets separately guests were able to choose from a selection of cheesecakes, rocky road, scones, cake and fresh fruit. 🍇
We supplied all the vintage china and cutlery required.

ROAST DINNER
Beef, turkey, chicken or vegan nut roast were the choices for this wedding in August. With homemade Yorkshire puddings, crispy roast potatoes, cheesy cauliflower cheese, carrots and peas. 🤤
They had an ice cream van for dessert. Which the lovely gentlemen who were serving swapped for a roast dinner 🥰
The bride grew her herbs from seeds for the favours, how cool is that?
We setup their welcome drinks ready for their guests to arrive after the ceremony.

Vegetarian and vegan graze table 😋
All the desserts were homemade vegan and delicious 🤤 brownies, rocky road, cookies and Rice Krispies Treats. Wraps were mostly vegan with a couple of vegetarian options. 40th birthday celebrations in Bude on Saturday. We served our Mexican style buffet with mild mince, bbq chicken or bbq pork. We added French fries as well 😋

Canapés and afternoon tea 😋
The weather wasn’t great for this wedding but everyone still had plenty of fun 🥂💃
We setup up Pimms and beer for the welcome drinks and served a selection of our yummy canapés.
The guests then had an afternoon tea with a selection of sandwiches, sausages rolls, pork pies, scotch eggs, scones with jam and cream and vanilla sponge 😋 with tea and coffee as well.
I provided the vintage tea sets and stands to complement the afternoon tea.
We also had a little extra watchful eye and help from Helena’s little one 👶

I showed you our selfie from May but I forgot to show you the actual food! We served a selection of canapé’s followed by starters of prawn cocktail, tomato and basil soup or pate then by traditional roast beef or turkey, with the addition of parsnips specially requested by the groom. For dessert they had wedding cake made by the lovely Katie one of the bridesmaids as well as of course Hockings ice cream.

FESTIVAL MENU
My festival menu is proving popular whether it’s served to your guests or pre portioned items the guests are loving the late night carbs!

How is this 2 weeks ago! The lovely Beth and Billy got married at the gorgeous . They treated their guests to an afternoon tea 🤤 a special gluten and dairy free option for a guest as well.

MEXICAN 🌮🌮
Yesterday we returned to the beautiful to catering for an 80th birthday!
We served tacos, hard and soft shell, nachos, then a choice of bbq pulled chicken, spicy vegetables, mild mince or spicy mince (or a bit of everything!) with lots of yummy toppings including salsa, guacamole and sour cream and chive.
For desserts they had a choice of lemon cheesecake or pavlova 🤤
The birthday girl was surprised with a mariachi band, video to follow 🎺🎸

On Saturday night we had the pleasure of catering for a surprise 60th birthday! Delicious salads, roast potatoes, honey & mustard sausages, homemade sausage rolls and quiches and lots more tempted the guests.
