My reason for setting the business up 💙❤️ (quite literally after a COVID mat leave redundancy, but that's another story) but I want them to realise anything is possible and how you can have a job you absolutely thrive off and fills up your cup, in turn making me a better mum.
It's a juggle, it's tough, late nights and early starts but I wouldn't change it for the world (that's both the business and the kids 🤪)

And to my amazing mum, for being so incredibly patient and loving, we are so grateful ❤️

✨Guinea fowl ✨

Poached and roasted breast, grain mustard pomme puree topped with confit guinea fowl legswith herbs and golden raisins and crispy fried shallots, kale, plum compote and a lovely guinea fowl sauce 👩‍🍳

After the success of last year I will be doing another valentine's delivery menu again this year!

All you need is an oven to reheat and then relax and enjoy your evening!

Bookings will close on Sunday 9th Feb and all deliveries will be made on Friday 14th Feb between 10-2pm so someone will need to be home to take the delivery (Delivery time will be confirmed in advance)

Can be enjoyed either the 14th or 15th Feb.

£40 per person inclusive of local delivery (minimum order of 2 covers)

I shared this on my stories recently but felt it deserved a grid space too!

A few snaps from a beautiful weekend catering at 'Tarn house'

Guests enjoyed a seated dinner on the Friday night with some beautiful produce and a more casual buffet on the Saturday evening.

Pleased to say on the back of this I am now a recommended caterer for this beautiful house which is a perfect space for a weekend get together!

With a bit of hard graft this industry can be SO rewarding ❤️

📢 Drop off canapes now available to book for the party season 🎉

Perfect for those evenings when you're hosting and want something a little different without full scale catering.

THE MENU

💫Pork and apricot sausage rolls topped with nigellla seeds
💫 Antipasti skewers with manchego, stuffed olives and salami
💫Crayfish brioche sub rolls with dill
💫Goats cheese and caramelised red onion tarts topped with THAT homemade chilli jam
💫Salted caramel chocolate brownies

Boxes are £150 for 10 people, this caters for 10 canapes per person, 100 canapes in total from the selection above and includes local delivery.

Please note availability will be based around current bookings so it's advisable to secure your date in advance as these will be limited.
They will be delivered approx 1 hour before your event and will need to be consumed on the evening

These canapes have been designed and curated to travel and hold well therefore the menu is fixed and changes cannot be made

These can be delivered drop off style for you to help yourselves or can be assembled and presented as part of a wider buffet at your home or chosen venue
